What You’ll Be Doing Conduct open homes and private inspections. Manage rental applications, complete reference checks, and take deposits. Assist with advertising, property marketing, and tenant communication. Conduct ingoing inspections and support the Senior Property Manager with daily portfolio tasks. Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly with accuracy and efficiency. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in real estate or leasing (entry-level candidates considered). Current Certificate of Registration (COR). Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills. A positive, proactive, and professional approach to all aspects of the role. A genuine passion for the real estate industry and a drive to learn and grow.
